"The staff were really good. Had a few issues with room ie no hot water thou was sorted out. Leakage from sink again sorted. Leak from ceiling again sorted quickly. It is very noisy until around 6am. If you are a night owl you'll be ok. Can't praise the staff enouth. All very pleasant and charming. If it wasn't so noisy I would stay again. Stayed 20 nights. "

"Overall i think the hotels was ok. Quite clean and quiet. Showers were hot and comfortable. The bed was a joke. It was a 3" quite hard it felt like a straw mattress. The a/c was good. I would recomend this place if in a pinch. I went back to a more luxurious place."

"This is the ronseal of accommodation in pattaya, does what it says on the tin.. No frills basic clean rooms, hot shower, good air con, friendly staff and owner, breakfast is cheap and always 10/10 cooked perfect. Solid guest friendly beds :).. It's right in the heart of the action so if you want quite go stay in Naklua but you'll be missing out.. It's that good I'm going back again in June...... PS I better get room 33 again for this stunning review haha"

The location is very convenient at walking distance to the high street and lovely Thai food places.Taxis and motorcycles at available at the House or within 10 min walks.I have been to beautiful several beaches in less than 30 min drive from the House which is very clean and silent. "I got pretty banged up in a scooter crash while I was there (entirety my fault), and the two girls who run it went out of their way to take care of me. They even brought my wallet and passport to the hospital. I'd definitely stay there again."

"Roomi is fine. Fridge, kettle and microwave. Very good bed & sheets. New aircon was good after I washed out the filters. Nice people here. Not as noisy as I expected at night. Nothing to complain about. Oh ya, safety box not working."

But the lock of the door is broken and as a 5-star hotel/ residence, I‘d expect more amenities in room such as free water(refill which usually have at all 5-star hotel I‘ve been) or toothbrush in room.
