"Nice balcony rooms. Lots of mixed tv channels. Nice weight machine in sitting room next to lobby. Friendly personal. Very short walk to beach. Close to venders and restaurants. Great if you're on a budget."

"It’s a nice hostel in a great location. Just no windows anywhere so the air can’t circulate. Therefore it’s always very humid and sometimes too warm inside. One female toilet and one male bathroom on each floor isn’t enough. "

"Overall decorations are creative and fascinating. Breakfast is beyond expectation. Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Bed and blanket are very soft and comfortable that I didn't want to get up from it. The only frustration is the noise from outside of the room that can be heard easily and that woke me up in the early morning, even before my alarm clock."

"Very nice property with great views of Pattaya Bay ! Right across the road from the beach and a bar, restaurant and convenience store on the property. Not so easy to access reception upstairs with luggage as there is no elevator and the escalator is shut down. CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION and NICE STAFF ! ! !"

"Bad value for the money; the owners of the hostel treat the guests as if they were staying at a budget hostel. Stay from hell: very uncomfortable bed with worn-out mattresses and springs that poke through your body. The rooms aren't soundproof, and sound penetrates through the walls and the balcony. There's a sweat odor in the room, and the AC is turned off at 10:30 AM, which makes it very difficult to stay in the room after the air conditioning gets turned off. I don't know why they do that,...

"The staff and service is really good. They are very polite and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. But the lock of the door is broken and as a 5-star hotel/ residence, I‘d expect more amenities in room such as free water(refill which usually have at all 5-star hotel I‘ve been) or toothbrush in room. "The entire staff is excellent in all areas.Their team was resourceful, very nice, always polite. My Cleaning Person named “Wipha” Greet me daily with a beautiful smile. Did her duties cleaning in an outstanding manner consistently. Anytime I visit “Pattaya” I planned on staying at Somerset hotel. Thank you"

"This was my first time in Thailand and will definitely not be my last. The staff at the Siam Siam made my stay extremely pleasant and fun. The property is centrally located to all of the Bars, clubs, restaurants, Beach and other points of interest. It has very good, A.C., hot water and wifi, I also felt extremely comfortable walking around day and night. The staff went above and beyond to cater to the needs of the guess, especially a young lady named Orange. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive and, always with a big warm beautiful smile. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to family and friends. "
