"The bed was a bit old and a topper would do it wonders but still ok. The pillows were not so great but the towels were awesome...soft, fluffy, and thick. The aircon works well, but the blinds are not in the best working order. Parking was a bit scarce but doable."

It’s a shame about the fact the pool and spa area has been out of action for months now and still looks in same state as it was when stayed here 4 months ago. However decor great/ average to good restaurant ( waited for meal for ages then both starters and main came almost on top of each other- would have preferred to wait in between courses). However all in all I would stay here again"

"Friendly staff. On arrival Matthew gave us a bottle of cold water each which we really appreciated. Good size room (Heritage suite). Quiet location close to public transport. Excellent hot water although bathroom is quite small. Great for a short stay. Would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very attentive and welcoming, the property was very well presented and gardens tidy. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful."
