"The front desk person and management were phenomenal and helped me through a rough situation. The room was very clean, the bed and all the pillows were amazing (slept like a baby). For a place that charges a non refundable resort fee I would expect that with full WiFi bars on my phone I wouldn’t have such extreme difficulty with just about every app especially banking.
