"Diane the GM is just simply AMAZING. She has went above and beyond for us. She's a breath of fresh air. That's why I always make sure she has fresh flowers at the front desk. And have so much respect for her. Also Amanda the Supervisor is the best and Umde the front desk receptionist. Let's not forget about Trey he's in charge of laundry one of the biggest and most important jobs there. He makes sure I get the best towels and clean one daily and sheets as well. Kudos Trey! Hes definitely OFFICIAL. And Don't know the house keeping guys name but I call him Costa Rico bc that's where he's from. And last but not least about our to Ben and Mike good job gentlemen. Diane's crew she always has their back no matter what and looks out for them. She actually really does care about her employees which is very rare in 2025"

"We had a wonderful time at the Beautiful, Spacious Grand Blanc Mountain home. This is our annual trip with friends and family to go snowmobiling in the White Mountains. We have stayed previously and we could not wait to come back!The house is large with enough bedrooms for 12 and 5 bathrooms which is great if you want some privacy or you can get together and and accommodates a large group with a great kitchen and massive game room for entertainment . When we were not cooking meals together, we were in the game room having fun! Cant wait until next year. Thank you for having us back"
