"We arrived 25 minutes early driving from Ohio & wanted to get in the house b4 4pm(chk in). The door code did not work. Called to be told chk in was @ 4 & “guaranteed the code would work then. I had doubts, so we waited(110 F heat) 4pm, code doesn’t work. 10 mins on the phone to get spare door key to get in. Obviously the person had no idea how digital locks work. I wish the corporations would stay out of this business. No left over salt or pepper, paper towels… We always left items like that...

"I coordinate and participate with a group of friends. We travel across the country each November, and this is our 2nd trip to Orlando. Prior stay was at Reunion Resort, but we wanted to be in one property, and this looked perfect! And it was! 14 Bedrooms for 16 grown men was just fine. The space was generous and we were not on top of each other. We paid the extra for pool/hot tub heat, and it was worth it. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils, but short on paper...

"We had the pleasure of staying in this home for a week in early October. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and tidy , which was just as well as we had 2 stay at home days thanks to a looming hurricane. The management company kindly visited prior and after the hurricane to check in on us, which was a great touch. Will definitely be looking to book here again next year."

"My wife and I stayed for a week and couldn't ask for anything better. The property was in great shape after the hurricane. The neighborhood was quiet with a variety of restaurants all close to home. A grocery store just down the street which was convenient since my wife and I both love to cook. The host was easy to communicate with which made check in easy. The house was very clean and up to date and the pool was a nice added touch. Will definetely go back"

"Very expensive. Beds were not comfortable at all. Pool was not warm enough to really enjoy. It shut off early so using the pool was limited. Drain in tub was blocked but homeowner responded and sent a plumber to correct. Unfortunately with 5 of us in the home plumber came in the evening so waited all day. Lot of extra charges"
