"Customer service was top notch. From the Vallet to the Front Desk and the housekeeping. We arrived to early to check in and the Vallet offered to hold our luggage in a safe spot till it was time to check in. Which allowed us to explore the Village a little. That was nice. The front desk attendants were so welcoming and friendly. There was hot chocolate and hot cider with cookies in the lobby which was amazing after coming in from the cold. The heated pool felt great and looked magical at night. Our room had a balcony and was so clean and comfortable. Definitely will return."
