"Room was to warm, we couldnt turn the temperature down as it was controlled by the hotel and it was to noisy to have the windows open, the escalator outside was making a horrendous noise which kept us awake the first night but it was finally turned off during the second night. Apart from that the hotel was lovely "

"Lovely different hotel. A bit confusing as you walk in because the fake reception has a female mannequin but the building has a lot of character. The breakfast is ok. Didn’t use the spa and the village is absolutely lovely and only a 20ish mins bus ride into Amsterdam "
