"Really nice place to stay while visiting Durango. Not a lot to do right around the hotel unfortunately, but the river walk is really close. If you’re looking to be able to walk to restaurants or shopping, you probably want to be more in downtown. The hotel is nice though. Quiet and very dog friendly. Lots of places to walk around the property or join up to the walking trails along the Animas River. Staff is very nice and continental breakfast was good."

"The walls are so thin and poorly insulated that you can hear the folks next door breathing. Toilet is not full size and very shallow i wont be staying here again and shall give this to my community friends in Durango"

"Hotel was comfortable & clean. Problem with heat/air conditioning unit required that we move to another room initially. This got us off to a bad start, but the rest of the stay was great."

"We always like staying here. The beds a comfortable and the staff is very friendly. It’s easy walking to anywhere downtown. We liked the pool and hot tub but wish the hotel would let us use it earlier than 9:00 am and the towels are very thin but otherwise we really like staying there. "

"Place was amazing! Beds were comfortable! Room was really clean and love the amenities the place offers. Definitely will continue to stay here for future visits to Durango. Much nicer then the holiday inn we stay at last time."
