I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. They literally laughed when we walked in. I contacted hotels.com online, only to be told they couldn't help. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. "This was in a great location for me. Easy to walk to all my tours and to get to the heart of downtown dublin. It was in a good spot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. sheets were a bit scratchy, but the room was nice. Good amenities like a fridge and able to cook if needed.
