"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

"Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). We stayed here during the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping season and festivities, so the area had great energy. "Cute, clean 1 bedroom apartment with a washer/dryer, kitchenette that came in handy when my daughter got to the place from Spain and had laundry to do! The couple things that we weren’t too pleased with were the beds were very hard, we couldn’t adjust the room temperature and it was quite warm at night. Also the apartment is located in a very busy corner area that would be very loud at night."

"Glad that the apartment was away from "downtown" Dublin, but it was still quite busy and noisy. The weather was warm and therefore the apartment was warm, we opened the windows to get some air, but the noise was so loud, at all hours of the night. The beds were very clean. Lots of space for two people. The walk into the heart of Dublin was easy. However, as two women we did not have feel comfortable walking around this area at night. "
