"This house is very nice and the host is second to none. Each time we had an issue, which were few, was promptly resolved. The neighborhood was wonderful and the house is close to all of your needs. We tried to rent again for next year and it was already reserved. It would be a place I’d love to go back to. Thanks to Natholy and her husband for a great winter getaway. "

"As other raters have mentioned, this house has a bunch of stairs, so beware if that is an issue for you. Otherwise though, we found this spot to be perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 6-9). The pictures don’t show what McKay park looks like now, but it is a WONDERFUL park with pickleball courts. The house came with paddles, and the kids and I had a blast on the courts, as well as the playground! Walkable to a bunch of restaurants. Just a street over from the beach. "I gave this stay a 4 out of 5 for the following reasons. First the good; great location only a five minute drive to the beach. Four bedrooms worked great for our size family and the kitchen was nicely updated. Game room was a nice touch as was the coffee bar/keurig and large dining room and living room, good space for larger groups. Interior was clean and no bugs seen for three days stay(thank you!).This stay did not get 5 stars for the following reasons. The property was exactly as advertised...

"The pics did not do the home justice! The inside of the house was immaculate along with the pool/grill area. IF there was anything that I would suggest would be better curb appeal in the front and far back yard, update the landscaping, clear the vegetation by the creek out some but overall, it is still well above a 5 as a rating!"

"The location is beautiful and in a nice residential area. The house is immaculate, and the furniture and beds are quite comfortable. Sitting on the deck was so peaceful! We enjoyed the pelicans, dolphins, and egrets, The area is very walkable - just a few short blocks to the beach and good local restaurants, which meant we rarely needed the car during our five-day stay. That said, the Columbian Restaurant and Salt Rock Grill are two restaurants worth driving to, each just a few miles away -...
