"I had an overnight stay at the Motel One in Glasgow City Centre. The hotel in ideally situated across the street from Glasgow Central Station and 15 minute walk from Buchanan Street bus station. The hotel’s public areas are well furnished. The room allocated was small but fine for a single occupant, clean and comfortable. Tea /coffee making equipment / supplies provided. "Highly recommended and it will be my hotel of choice when visiting Glasgow which I do a lot. Great location in Merchant City, very funky and modern but also chilled and welcoming. Rooms are modern. The cafe are is excellent and the breakfasts and food choices are superb. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great open are on the ground floor with a pool table and ping pong table and plenty of places for those who need to work on their laptop. I will be back for sure."

"We were in Glasgow for the C2C music festival. This hotel was a short walk to the OVO and close to the centre of town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we wanted to book an extra night the staff were extremely Helpful. We had the executive room and so got access to the lounge. This was a really nice touch and great after a walk around town. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were excellent "
