Very nice built basement (owner on the top part). That is not a problem, but it is not listed that way in the description and definitely should be. It appears as your renting...

"We enjoyed this small cabin, it was perfect for 2 or 4 people. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading. Pam couldn't have been any nicer. We wanted to check out the lake, but didn't realize that they drain it after Labor Day. So we just spent a relaxing couple of days there. If you go, check out Alfredo's restaurant. Their subs and pizza are delicious."

"This house is perfect for a getaway. Beautiful and spacious. The fire pits make it even better. We enjoyed the property sitting out listening to the river and the rain was so relaxing. I will book here again. Only thing was the claw foot tub in the bathroom just wish it was hooked up to be able to soak in it. "
