• No Smoking, Parties, or Loud Noises: Please respect our home and neighbors by following the house rules. No smoking inside the house or outside on the back patio. Quiet hours start at 10 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Parties are strictly prohibited.
Noise and Smoke Monitoring: To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we have Minut devices inside the property. These devices monitor noise levels (they do not record audio) and alert us if noise exceeds a certain threshold, helping us address any disturbances quickly. They also detect smoke for safety.
• Safety First: For your safety, we have a camera at the front door and a motion sensor light with a camera on the side of the house. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
