"Had a great experience from checking in until leaving! Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Room has all of the amenities you would need for a trip more than a few days (full kitchen with utensils, free coffee, tea, smart TV etc.) Bathroom was lovely although a tiny bit small. When we ran out of room supplies, reception were quick to give us more, they helped us sort out how to dispose of broken luggage and also stored our bags for free after checkout before we had to set off to the airport. I would say the only downside was that we booked an upgrade for a double studio with double sofa bed. The beds were set up as twin beds and the sofa bed is actually just two singles with a large gap inbetween. We shoved the twins together and thankfully the double sofa bed was for one person so they just slept on a single although they said it wasn't particularly comfy. It's SO close to the centre of the city and very secure (have to scan your door key to access lifts to rooms, front doors locked late at night etc.) Overall would definitely stay here again when visiting Dublin in future!"

"Absolutely lovely hotel. We had a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room. One of the reception staff was a bit grumpy but every other member of staff was cheerful and helpful. This hotel is in such a good location to explore Dublin. Breakfast was good too. Thanks for a great stay. "
