"The stay overall was quite nice. Neighbors were few and far between even tho they are across the hall and next door. The check in was seem less and the apartment was quite nice. There were parts that were unexpected like sheets in the dryer when I showed up and dirty crumbs in the oven drawer. Besides those little things all was amazing. "

"The property was just as listed. Driving up to it the first time we were a little worried about the neighborhood but after having a walk around the area it wasn’t bad. The location is walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and even a few family playgrounds and we really liked that. The house itself looks just like the pictures. "We had problems getting into the Condo. When we called the phone number (for Evolve) we followed the instructions to get help, and it would tell us we didn't have a reservation and hung up. I Finally I followed the instructions for a new reservation and got a live person on the phone. They then were able to contact the owner and get the problem solved. It is disappointing that you can't talk to a live person anymore. The rest of our stay was great. We were close enough to the Aquarium...

"We’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO rentals and this is by far the best. The beautifully renovated unit really is stunning. The location is incredible. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and a knock-out bakery (Niedlov’s). But the attention to detail in regard to guest comfort really makes this place a cut above all the rest. Lots of cozy throw blankets, a multi-port charger for all of your devices, delicious coffee and snacks made for a truly welcoming experience. The property is beautiful...
