"I stay at this hotel regularly since it’s in the neighborhood I used to live in and I genuinely really like this hotel. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are quiet and modern. The staff is always exceptional. My only critique: The smell from the pipes in the bathroom is very bad - I understand this comes from city pipes but i’m sure something can be done about it. "As a regular business traveler to Europe, this property feels more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. Older, a bit run down hallways, elevators, and rooms. Both elevators broken while I was there, key card magnets were flawed. Had some other issues, and the manager responded well. Overall it was okay, but the 4 star expectation/price didn't match the experience. "
