"Facility seems to be a bit older than some of the other hotels, however- location is great! All rooms have ocean view with balconies and the marshes are on the other side. Rooms are spacious, with sitting area and large window to the ocean. Small kitchen, 2 toilets (1 with shower). Access to beach. Large parking garage. We did not use the restaurant. "

"Great property. Super close to everything in downtown Wilmington. Only downside is there is no elevator, and the quietest rooms are on the top floor. Be forewarned if you have bas knees. "
