"Hotel appeared to be in safe area for the river walk. We had a couple of issues after checking in but wasn't a big deal. When we checked into our room the smoke alarm was beeping indicating a low battery. I got a battery from front desk and changed. Then while settling in we noticed that heat wasn't working, setting was on heat and fan blowing but no warm air. Informed front desk and was able to change rooms. "Everything was great except the heat didn't work. When we got there the room was 65 degrees. We decided to turn it up to 70 because we were walking to and from the concert venue and we would be cold when we got back. We came and went multiple times and the temperature in the room never got above 66 degrees. This is not ok. There was a chill in the air the whole night. No I didn't say anything because I wasn't going to switch rooms at 1am. "
