"My husband was at Wesley Hospital for 6-7 days, I needed safe, 5 star hotel for restaurant, room service, & convenience to hospital. Ambassador did not disappoint. This staff both customer service & restaurant for both breakfasts & dinners were exemplary. I would recommend staying if you have high expectations along with food things as my love languages of life. Not to mention the delicious vanilla lattes every morning. "

"The room was stunning. Parking was easy And safe Very close to downtown within walking distance to the arena"

"I did not stay at this property. The entire place was filthy and there were undersirable people hanging around the parking lot and in the lobby as We arrived. Requested to see the room and staff stated ' Did you see the pictures on the website"?. The rooms smelled and the carpet, chairs, walls and bedspread were covered with stains.and vomit in the elevator. "

"Everything was excellent until, I checked in and checked out 2 bell carts for the entire hotel , I had a bunch of firearms to offload & load in the the morning , for a Marriott property that’s uncalled for "

"It was secure, bright and smelled great!!! I wish the ice machine was in working order but the staff was very kind to help with that. I also wish there was a fan in the bathroom. We had a very good stay. Thank you"
