"I was a bit nervous about this reservation bc I couldn’t reach anyone at the property. The day of checkin, I was able to reach someone on the telephone and get a question answered. The checkin, parking and key card are all on apps. I found this to be very convenient and time saving. I was checked in and had my room assignment and key access before I even arrived. I liked it. The location is amazing! Right off state street where all the bars and restaurants are. Was all walkable. "

"My stay at the Kimpton Canary was very relaxing. I was initially roomed immediately off the elevator but Chloe ensured that I was moved to a different floor and room. This elevated my experience from the beginning-had my room not been changed, it would have been a poor experience as it was not a cheap stay for 3 nights. Hotel is overall expensive. Some features are nice but not $450 /night (and I came in the off-season) not including amenities such as Wifi, coffee bar, and a gym which were...

"Clean bright well stocked unit in ideal location for enjoying Santa Barbara. Walk to almost everywhere and plenty of restaurants easily accessible. The unit is also quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. We will stay here again I am sure. And the communication from the host is a plus as well."
