"My husband and I stayed at Jesse Hotel for 2 nights. Hotel bar and restaurant were closed temporarily during our stay. It was a bit of disappointment. The hotel itself was neatly decorated and very clean. There is no elevators, so be prepared to take few flights of stairs. It is located right next to a bus terminal, and in a bit of dicey neighborhood. There are bars and concert venue nearby. Few minutes walk from El Dorado. "
