"this is a great older hotel in Portland with tons of character, excellent location, and wonderful staff. Bed was super comfy, great water pressure in the shower (in a huge bathroom), multiple restaurant and lounge areas, and the clean and well maintained sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were all awesome. definitely plan on valet'ing the car. would definitely stay again "

"I can’t say enough good about the staff or the property. The valet crew was top notch and friendly, offering tips, directions and even shuttle rides across town as the weather was poor and since they had time they said they didn’t see a need for me to take a lyft. The front desk hooked us up with an early check in and late check out and the hotel bar / breakfast restaurant was great as well. Per the room, it was spacious, views were great, bed comfy, couch comfy and the shower was also large and modern. Wouldn’t even bother trying another property in town after staying here. Steps to the State Theatre and lots of great restaurants and shops and just a short walk to old port and the boardwalk."
