We stayed for two weeks. The first week the room was only cleaned twice the bathtub kept clogging couple of times I had to unclog myself because maintenance were taken forever was very disappointed at the hotel

The room was large and clean and the kids love the indoor pool, which was our main reason for being there. The only issue was that there were lots of dirty towels laying around this morning and the kids were finding staples in the pool. Otherwise, our stay was great.

For being part of the Hilton property, it was a little subpar. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. A lot of hair in the tub and on the floor. There was only 1 tiny trash can in the room. The curtains didn't close and looked quite old. The parking lot was completely full except for 2 spots reserved for diamond members. I ended up parking at a neighboring store. Some people probably think I'm nitpicking, but I expected more from Hilton. I don't think I will be going back.

This hotel was overpriced for what quality you receive. The bathrooms are not cleaned well. The hot water is not hot, due to demand and 3 of 4 boilers working. No complimentary water in the room. The elevator is loud and gets stuck between floors, this went on for 5 days. There is no laundry in store and no bag holding area past check out. The staff is average kind of pleasant and receptive in person and also to a text style communication. The 1 mile shuttle service is the best customer service offered.
