"Great location! Be prepared to climb a couple of flights of stairs, but then you are all alone. Private little deck is nice. Hot water in the kitchen sink, but not any in the shower or bathroom sink so we were able to get clean, but not conveniently. Also couldn't get the living room TV to work. We were too busy exploring the town though."

"I rented this location to host my wedding and pre-wedding events. The size of the place was spectacular and fit all the members of my wedding party for the entire duration of my wedding festivities. We also were able to bring our dog, aka ringbearer, with us. The owners had it stocked and ready for us. I don't think I could have possibly asked for a more amazing property. I would gladly go here again for another friend/family gathering. "

"This properly was perfectly suited for my wife and I, it is exactly as it is described. We were comfortable and enjoyed every minute at this property. We had to reschedule our flight which required us staying an extra night, Jennifer so graciously allowed us to stay another night. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Portland."

"We had a good stay here for a week. It's a cool property but a bit run down. The couch is very dirty and stained. We had issues with the AC while we were there. One of the light fixtures was falling out of the ceiling, and the fire alarms were hanging open without any batteries. The beds were decent but quite loud when you move. The one shower in the property leaked water all over the floor and required extensive clean up every time it was used. The property manager was very responsive and...

"We were a group of 5 adults (friends & family). The space was clean, spacious and very well appointed. The layout allowed us both community spaces for all of us and opportunities for privacy. The views from the deck were beautiful. The location was central to just about everything … great restaurants, food coop and trails along the coast. Would book again in a heartbeat."

"Seven of us stayed at this beautiful home in a perfect location by the Western Promenade. Everyone had a comfortable bed, bathrooms and showers were plentiful, and the kitchen was perfectly appointed. Both cars we had fit into the garage (an added luxury). The beds were very comfortable and had soft sheets and fluffy towels. We loved every minute of our stay and made great use of the family room. Can't thank our hosts enough...very easy to work with and I would certainly rent from them again...
