"The service was excellent. The staff were so polite and helpful, I was really impressed. Parking can be a pain because it’s downtown but that’s to be expected. The bathroom was not cleaned, unfortunately. We stayed here after a very long 2 day flight itinerary from South America and we were so tired that we didn’t make a fuss, but I expected better. The beds were very comfortable though! "

"This hotel is an 11 out of 10!!! The staff is beyond exceptional, they were so friendly and kind, we were offered a free upgrade and our room was so amazing. It was clean and the bed was so comfortable, the view of the Parliment buildings was incredible. Based on how amazing our stay was we will be back at least once a year. The staff treated us like family during our stay and in todays day and age that’s not something I’ve found often Thank you Thank you so so much!!! "
