"They "upgraded" us to garden view however it was on ground level with no fencing off as theres a shallow lagoon style river feature which kids can just walk in and gives unfriendly smell however wasn't a deal breaker as we stayed for 6 nights. Located within walking distance from hotel on level 2, nice and friendly staff, buffet breakfast and coffee was good. Pool was nice too!"

"Odin at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. She even accompanied us to the room which was quite a hike from the front desk. It’s a huge hotel complex with 9 buildings in a gated area. The place looks like one big park with walking/biking paths and shuttles to the beach. The breakfast was amazing with huge variety of food selection. Dinner items were very delicious and the staff so friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and it was a nice cap to our vacation in Bali. "
