"This hotel was fine for a two night stay between the Galapagos and mainland portions of our trip. The area is fine but, like most of Guayaquil, I wouldn’t recommend wandering at night. "

The "pool" was about 8 feet by 12 feet and 1 foot deep there was no way you could swim in it it was not a hot tub. It was dirty and the centre drain had so much suction on it it was painful when I trod on it. It would be dangerous for a child to play in. The surrounding floor was dirty.
