"I have been staying at this hotel for years. It is In the middle of the city center so it’s easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is clean and safe. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is AMAZING! I love all staff but Christian in reception is the best! The breakfast buffet is excellent. I’ve been staying here for 10 years and wouldn’t change. "

"The room was spacious and comfortable. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a pool and a gym. The "pool" was about 8 feet by 12 feet and 1 foot deep there was no way you could swim in it it was not a hot tub. It was dirty and the centre drain had so much suction on it it was painful when I trod on it. It would be dangerous for a child to play in. The surrounding floor was dirty.
