"The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. The aircon was excellent. The shower was wonderful- hot water and a rain shower. The staff were warm and friendly. The hotel is in a great location as there are ample restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Our room had a view of the river too, which was tranquil. Overall, it was perfect for our one night before moving onto the Galápagos Islands. I’d stay again and would recommend to others who are visiting Guayaquil. "

"Hotel is promising. Hotel staff were wonderful and at their best. Neat beds, Rooms was always clean. Cafeteria staff wonderful and very friendly. Every morning breakfast experience was a delight they always serve you with a smile and are always looking for the opportunity to satisfy your taste.
