"It was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Champagne upon check in, room service, bar in hotel, rooftop pool, even someone playing piano in the lobby! Very fancy! Loved it! Will definitely stay again"

"Still my favorite hotel downtown, all around the best. The staff is world class and very talented. The bar staff really take care of you and make you feel comfortable. The room was comfy and overall clean. I will say that they need to work on the carpets, maybe remove them and switch to hard flooring. The surrounding businesses are a bit loud at times, but wasn’t really a problem. There are lots of places to eat and really close to venues and museums, definitely a great location. Parking is...

"There was no ice. No ice machines on any floor and the front desk staff did not have any. The only place to get it was the kitchen. Other than that the hotel was nice, breakfast was decent, location was good "

"Stayed overnight on our roadtrip through texas. Friendly staff, cute lobby with a bar and activities like puting green, mini basketball, lawn jenga, and pool table. They have an outside patio as well. Room was clean and updated. In the heart of downtown area with bars and restaurants. "
