They had everything what we needed, outdoor indoor hot-tub, fireplace in the room, roam bus tickets, underground parking and the best view! There was some issue with shower water but they quickly tried to check and made everything right. Our family enjoyed our stay so much! "

"chose this hotel for the cleanliness reviews and location for the price. did not disappoint will definitely be staying here again. The only downfall is if there over size parking was full (3 spots only) we would have struggled to park our truck, thankfully it wasnt! overall staff, rooms, location was perfect and overall great stay. Bed was comfy, shower was nice, spacious room we had the king. Definitely recommend. 5/5"

"Great place to stay in Banff"

"I’m so glad I booked this hotel!! Staff was super friendly way at the Bar - thanks to Sam, Dolby and Jan. They were pleasant and so nice to talk to. We hung out there everyday for a drinks and happy hour. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Super clean and spacious rooms. Sudden Sally was a wonderful place for meals. We had breakfast everyday when we stayed there for 3 days!! The hot pools was awesome and so much better than Hot Springs in Banff where we paid $40 for an old swimming pool and sitting with so many strangers. Planning to stay at this hotel again when we come back later in Fall 2025. Thanks for a wonderful stay and see you soon!"
