"First time at this hotel which was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The suite was amazing. Make sure you check hours if things though bc the Vault & Rotunda were both closed on a Sunday night. So we will be back again to check out both of those areas. Only one suggestion: this hotel is too good to be serving powder creamer with its coffee in the rooms! "

"Super convenient, steps from convention center and Public Auditorium, easy walk to Browns, Cavs and Guardians games or the Rock Hall. Downtown parking can be difficult, but there's a reasonably priced garage behind the hotel or they can valet your car for a little extra. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff super friendly."

"Perfect place to stay for walking to any of the popular venues in the area. Valet parking was nice and easy. It is an older hotel, bathrooms could be updated, the rooms are unique with hardwood floors and high ceilings. Great breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful."
