"Great hotel but the are doing repairs in the gym and laundry therefore we did not have those availabile"

"I stayed at the hotel with my toddlers overnight. The hotel was 5 minutes from port Everglades which was great. We were also 10 minutes from a Wal-Mart, Fivebelow and a Publix which was great for picking up last minute items needed for our cruise. Hotel was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and assisted me with printing out my luggage tags and cruise documents. The elevators close quickly. While pulling my stroller and luggage out of the elevator the elevator doors closed before my 4 year old stepped out which was terrifying. Thankfully another guest stayed on the elevator with her and the doors opened just as I was about to call the front desk for assistance. "

"Staff was great. Room was clean and spacious. Expensive due to the events that weekend, but definitely would stay again. Pool area and other facilities were closed due to remodeling, but this time around we didn't have much time to use them anyways. Overall - Great stay!"

"The front desk and all staff were excellent. Only issue was A/C was stuck on fan and 66 degrees. They tried to fix it once, then as t was late we called it a night and requested extra blankets lol."
