"The stay was great, near perfect outside of a few issues. The shower on the first floor nearest the pool does not drain well, and the water that comes out of the shower in the other bathroom on the first floor smells like bay water. The communication with the host was great, but I didn't really love the fact that the day of check-in I am informed there are CCTV footage specifically in the backyard of the house. I feel that that should have been shared in the property listing... Outside of these...

"Great home for 4 couples. Essentially 4 apartments but also with nice common space. On “ the other side of the tracks, but still felt very safe and easy drive to the beach, Publix close by I would stay here again with the same crowd."

"We had a large family gathering at this home. The host provided whatever we requested of her and there was plenty of room for all. "

"The temperature, and the jets for the hot tub were controlled remotely by the owner. I followed the process and reached out to the owner through VRBO's customer service to have the temperature change and the jets turned on. The owner didn't reach out until the very last day, which was to late to enjoy the hot tube. Part of the reason we rented the house is because it had a hot tube. We were extremely disappointed that we could not use the hot tub."

"This was our first time visiting this area of Florida and I’m so glad we stayed at Villa Y! Tom (manager) was very easy to communicate with. Staff at the resort were very nice and helpful. The villa is just feet away from the intercostal and you can actually see the water from your villa.
