"The location is very central. It's right next to a subway station, just a few blocks way from the Tiananmen square and within walking distance from the Forbidden city. The staff, Lucky, James and Amber are very helpful and nice. However, the TVs are small, shower drain and hinge were a bit rusty, the heater was not controlable, and light switches were not labeled. Overall, it's really good for the price "

"Nice for hanging out and walking around for shopping and visiting museums. Not far from Beijing capital international airport. Very convenient for travel to different locations. Nearby subway stations. Only thing is room not that big but still good for two people have good time there. Good breakfast. West food and local style. "

"Loved this stay! From start to finish, every one of the staff was so helpful. I speak zero Mandarin, so I needed lots of help and this staff delivered. When I was getting help with transportation to the airport, it was pointed out I had the wrong time and missed my flight. Bummer, but the staff at concierge (Elvis was his name) actually got on the phone with the airlines and was able to rebook the following day and got my original room rebooked while he was on that call. 5 ⭐️s are not enough for this awesome location and incredible staff.
