"Our stay was wonderful. The home was clean and very nice. Perfect accomodations for 2 couples with the separate space downstairs. The only thing I would change is more seating space in the living room. Overall 10 out of 10."

"Mr Clark was extremely fast communicating back with me even during one of the worst possible times this area has seen. I didn’t get to stay unfortunately only due to the hurricane that swept the roads away. I plan on scheduling another time to stay here solely based on how great the host were during that time and leading up to it. The cabin itself had everything we wanted and needed for a great vacation. "

"Like staying at Grandma’s house! Sweet little cottage in a private location. Plenty of room in yard for children or a dog to run (the yard is not enclosed). There are four grocery stores nearby, and it is very convenient to Weaverville and 20 minutes to Asheville (with no traffic). The kitchen is well-supplied. We spent most of our time in the cozy living room."

"THIS HOME IS AMAZING! I am totally happy with booking this place! The location of this home is convenient to a lot of places, but yet when you are at the place, you feel like you are far away from everything. The house is beautiful inside and out. "Wow....this house exceeded all of our expectations.... a fabulous secluded location and just a very short drive to the town of Black Mountain (which is very cool). Everything you need is within a couple of minute drive. The house is new, very well appointed and very clean. The large lot provides a lot of privacy with a great fire pit for evening socializing in a natural setting. You can get to Asheville and all of it's amenities in about 15 easy minutes. We highly recommend this property...........

"Great new place to stay. Comfortable, very clean, beds are comfy and the common area is huge. One note, this is the bottom floor of a house where other people live so it is a shared house and there is some noise from above but nothing crazy. "

"Great location in west Asheville. Even after Helene there were many walkable options for food and beverage. It was a quick drive to downtown or the Crowne Plaza where we were attending a conference. Hot tub was a delight! Lots of great instructions/maps/recommendations posted in the rental. We hope to be back!"

"The house is the perfect set up for 2 couples. A king en suite on opposite sides of the house. The screeded in porch was wonderful to gather at the end of the day. All needed amenities were there. Wooded hilly location was very pretty. Most things we wanted to do were within a 20 minute drive. Hosts were very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again when in Asheville."

"Beautifully quiet, dark starry magical skies, birds bring the woods to life at dawn and wildness abounds all around, but weirdly the cabin is just 13 mins from ingles and Starbucks! "

"We enjoyed the house a lot. Need to clean the outside deck area where the hot tub is. Furniture was too dusty to sit in. Fire pit area needs to be cleaned up too. Overall the house was good for us. "

"This house is a gem in Asheville! It is immaculately clean and free of all fragrances......a big plus. The beds are comfy and the owner's artwork makes it special. It's convenient to Biltmore and other local attractions. It had everything we needed."

"We arrived and found the cottage easily. The purpose of our trip was to visit our son and his girlfriend that had moved to Candler a year ago. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, the fire pit, or do any stargazing due to Hurricane Helene making her way in that week. We enjoyed our stay and visit in spite of the rain and power outage on our last night. Everything we needed was there to use in making our meals with the food we bought. The Appalachian people are friendly and very welcoming. "

"Overall great time, however, there is much that needs to be improved at this location. * Lack of window treatments, grill starter broken and no grill lighter, no fire extinguisher or fire alarms, zero shade at the pool or the deck (umbrellas are cheap!), pool table unusable - too close to wall and only one stick, ice maker dispenser broken, hot tub cover ripped and needs an arm for easy open/close, fire pit area is not level and the chairs are old and broken, shower liner in basement is gross,...
