"This cottage was perfect for our short stay in Black Mountain. It was well decorated, very clean, and had just enough space for us. Loved the extra heater/fire feature under the TV, very cozy. I appreciated the extra blankets to curl up with on the sofa; we were there on a very cold weekend. Was able to make my coffee in the morning and enjoy to quiet. Cute fenced backyard with fire table and grill. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, and Whitney was a great communicator....

"Ive stayed at so many of theses places and fir me the kitchen is always a big deal because i actually cook. Your cooking gear needs an overhaul. You should invest in a set of T-Fal or some other non stick gear. The stuff you have is garbage. And there were alot of plates that were chipped. Also, its nit cool to use pillow cases as curtains. Do better. "

Easily walkable to downtown Black Mountain, the chic decor and updated amenities kept us warm and comfortable, even in the frosty month of December. The outdoor garden area provides a tranquil space, even in dormant winter times. With the dedicated off street parking, beautiful interior, gracious hostess, and proximity to town, this is a true 10/10."
