"We were assigned a handicapped accessible room which was awkward for us as it did not provide a great deal of space. Bathroom was huge and cold as there were no heating vents in the room. We were also on the bottom floor near the exit, which we did not like. Pets and children were upstairs which I found to be a poor practice, as children were jumping, yelling and screaming and dogs barking. Pet friendly establishments should keep pets on the first floor so owners are able to get them outside...

"Loved the unique room layout - bedroom, kitchen/bath, sitting room. Tasty hot breakfast - potatoes, eggs and sausages. Nice coffee. No accessible room available tho. Clean. Comfortable. Toilet leaked in night but they gave me a new room. Most of the staff were nice. Family friendly. Near a big park. Next to Benihana. Walkable area."

What a shock to find out you don't have a hotel rooom in the middle of high season. He said someone should have called us to let us know. We did not get that call.
