"The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The bathroom was the tiniest I’ve ever seen with no counter space and barely room to turn around in. The elevator went up and down all night long and was ridiculously loud. We will NEVER stay here again"

"When we arrived late at night after a long flight we were met at the door by a man that told us the hotel was closed for renovations. What a shock to find out you don't have a hotel rooom in the middle of high season. He said someone should have called us to let us know. We did not get that call. He said we could go across the street to the Captain Hook Hotel for a room, which is owned by the same owner. We went there and they offered us a room for a higher rate than I had booked at the...
