Windows on the outside were broken and covered with scotch tape. There were chips from previous guests on the floor and the laminate flooring was not cleaned. Beds were very lumpy and pillows were as hard as bricks. The staff was nice but the property needs some work.

They canceled our reservation and then gave us this room over on the far side of the motel and I am not sure that it’s a good part of the motel and you can hear people yelling outside and you smell pot outside.

The temperature in the room was too cold to take a shower and when I went to the check-in desk 5 different time in an attempted to get something done about it all I got was someone well be there to look at it. That never happened so we spent the night in a cold noisy room. As a note: on one of the trips to the desk the girl said (yeah, we've had reports concerning the temperature in that room before).
