"This hotel is in a good location for many restaurants and the beach. The room size is generous with excellent air-conditioning. Unfortunately the pool area is quite tired with lots of sharp tiles causing minor cuts to all three children. The linen and towels were old, discoloured and did not smell fresh."

"Highly Recommended for Convenience and Relaxation This resort is a fantastic choice! The daily shuttle to Ubud was a major plus, and the friendly drivers were a great source of local tips. The spa services were also wonderful and provided a much-needed dose of relaxation. Excellent facilities and service made for a truly enjoyable stay."

"The Conrad has beautiful facilities, fabulous rooms which are cleaned every day. The grounds at immaculate and kept in pristine condition. There are 3 restaurant’s to eat at along with room and pool service. The swimming pool is enormous and wraps around the hotel. It’s not verr deep so excellent for the children. The hotel has bicycles to ride and plenty of sun lounges with huge umbrellas. At night time there is evening entertainment and all the night lights and candles around the hotel create a wonderful atmosphere. The Spa is wonderful with its own pool, sauna and steam room. All the employees at the hotel are amazingly friendly, kind and considerate and really want to help you. I will definitely return. "
