"Housekeeping was run like a military base.The maintenance man figured out the cable box plug and fell out. My only problem with the staff was when I had to extend my stay for one day to go directly to Panama. I knew that my room rate would be higher, but they charged me twice for the extra day. "

"This was a one night couples getaway with a slight drawback. Check in at the front desk was pleasant. Hotel and room was clean. Parking is free and there were plenty of spots available throughout the day and night. The lot is a bit tight though. Side entrance access into hotel with key card was convenient and worked well too. The only drawback was at bedtime you could hear the guest above on the second floor walking around and we were awaken out of our sleep a few times."

"Property is lovely but it could use a major face lift because the facility looks run down. It feels safe here, though, and its quiet. My room was adequately clean, and the bathroom looked clean and sanitary. The toilet needed repairing, and someone came quickly and did an expert job. I asked for the staff to change the bed linens which someone did promptly. The staff are very nice and very responsive. "
