It was off the highway, so not much highway noise. The clerk who checked me in let me have a third floor room when she first had us on the first floor. She also took care of a room charge that I knew I had canceled but didn't show up on the Residence Inn site. Room was what I wanted. Separate bedroom from living area. Husband and I watch different TV programs.

Staff was wonderful and responsive. My wife is disabled with limited mobility and health issues. Everyone from the front desk to maintenance checked on her and offered to assist her during her stay. A real testimony to the Marriott tradition of hospitality.

There were some problems with roaches, and there was a strong smell from the spray in the hall. The lock on my door has some problems. I really did enjoy my stay & and I would co sided going back. I just think a few things need to be fixed. Their breakfast was very good, as was their service. We were supposed to have maid servicetwicebut due to them being so busy from evacuees we only got it once.

The property is well maintained and quiet. Convenient to shopping and food. The breakfast was poor, not a lot of choices. The pillows were AWFUL. They just collapsed into a flat heap. Bring your own pillows if you are going to stay.
