"Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. "The property was clean and as described. Our biggest complaints were 1. The neighborhood did not seem super safe 2. We had a VERY hard time fitting our rental car in the driveway and 3. The pillows were lumpy. Joyce was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to use things correctly. "

"We waited until the last minute to book a new year's Eve vacation in London. Hotels were booked so we turned to vrbo and found this house. We could not have been more pleased. It was very easy to get to from the train station and within walking distance of portobello road and lancaster street and so many spots of interest. Very safe and lovely neighborhood.
