"Great stay as always, I had a lovely room (101) I dined in the restaurant and had a lovely Sunday roast. The staff are friendly and I'd like to single out Kirsty. I had a problem sleeping and once I was awake, I heard music coming from downstairs. Once I heard it, I couldn't unhear it so to speak. I was awake for well over an hour from 03:45 to 05:00. That won't put me off staying again."

"The overall stay was lovely and the service from the whole was excellent, all very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us, we were a big group and the staff deserved a nice big table for us for breakfast. The only negative was our room was very tired, however the others that were staying all said the rooms were excellent "

"We stayed for 2 nights for a special birthday. The communications beforehand were informative and friendly. When we arrived the welcome was warm and the property was lovely. It was exactly as described as well as being clean and well equipped. The outside space was also excellent with a good sized, enclosed and safe garden. "Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...
