"The room is a bit dusty. We found a dusty sock left by the previous guest under the bed. Obviously the carpet under the bed was not cleaned properly. Room size is generally big. it can fit two queen beds but the hotel chooses to provide double beds instead. The bathroom is always smelly. We can choose to shower in the public bath at 11/F. Hot spring is nice and clean. But i noticed some guest left a used tampon with blood inside a box in the shower area. That's disgusting. I saw it again...

"It's a pretty new hotel, right next to the JR Clement Hotel (Clement and Clement Inn are two different hotel buildings). Ita narrow shape is very recognizable once you stepped out of theTakamatsu Station. There are some shopping and food options right at the station, plus there are plenty of eateries and restaurants around the area. There is a 7-Eleven at the ground floor.
