"First of all, I booked this hotel with breakfast included for all three of us but it ends up only one guest with free breakfast and I have to pay for my son and my sister. Hotels.com is generous enough to reimburse me with this extra expense. Second of all, the front desk is very rude and impolite especially they learned that I booked my room through a third party website. Breakfast is in Chinese style, if you are used to western style breakfast, this is not your choice. Sheets and towels...
