"The place is amazing and they have people standing around to help you if you need it which we did which was super helpful. Mexican restaurant food was not good. Room was great but the pillows gave me neck pain. The shower is awesome, the water pressure being great. The bath products smelled so good too. Front staff were extremely accommodating and the airport shuttle driver Bradley was most personalble. "Very convenient to opryland. Room was very clean and big. Only thing is fan in bathroom didn’t work and the ceiling was messed up in shower. Have to pay for buffet breakfast and they do have a bar/restaurant. Would like a like a little more lighting in parking lot. You do have to pay for parking. Would definitely stay again! "
